Spring is here!! Well, officially spring starts March 19th, but I think we can all agree that after this gloomy winter, we’re ready for a little sunshine and color. Add warmer temperatures and call me a happy man!
If you aren’t living under a rock, you’ve most likely heard it a gazillion times before that selling your house in the spring is the most ideal time. Everything looks better…flowers are bloomed, grass is greener, houses look fresher, we look better (I think it’s from the vitamin D we’re finally getting).
