Yes, I’m a realtor. One of my greatest joys is helping people find their forever home, the first home, or whatever that dream space may be.
My job is Ah. Maze. Ing.
But, I’ve been sneaking around (not at all! It’s literally all over my website!!) as an interior designer.
This was kinda my first love, really.
Because before I helped people find their dream spaces, I loved helping people CREATE those spaces!
It’s just the way my brain works. Some people can just figure out the accrued interest on a 7 year car loan at 3.5% APR with $1500 down.
I literally do not understand those people.
Maybe because I’m too busy looking at the car dealer’s office, thinking of cooler tones with more natural accents, better seating, some direct light
(Fluorescent? Just, no.)

Because the two work so perfectly together, everybody wins!
When I’m showing a home to a first-time buyer, I can tell them how much that bathroom reno is going to cost them.
If they mention granite, I can (practically) quote them right on the spot.
For sellers, I know what makes the buyers swoon, so I can guide (and install) exactly what they need to ensure their house doesn’t sit on the market for weeks.
Or even days!
Some listings never have a chance to find a chair!
Oh, and another thing—
I imagine, assess, and design spaces. I collect materials. So I need a truck.
Hmm...if only my clients who are buying and selling their homes had any use for a moving truck…
Oh wait. EVERYONE does.
